helpful staff clean room convenient location
The staff was helpful. The location offers good access to transportation. the room was clean. i appreciated the proximity to a shopping center and market. it.
There was a small charge for requesting a wine opener to the room. I ended up going to one of the restaurants to get it myself. i was told it would be delivered, but it never came.

Amazing Stay Experience!
friendly staff welcome drink amazing view
The staff was helpful and very friendly. I had a warm welcome drink in the bar. My room located on the 32nd floor had a spacious room with amazing views. The technology used is excellent. The elevators did not have buttons.
I wish the hotel had outdoor seating. I missed having a terrace or balcony to relax on. The absence limits the enjoyment during pleasant weather.

Excellent Stay at the Hotel

The hotel's location offers easy access to nearby restaurants. I found easy train access a HUGE plus. The gym had ample equipment. The staff was cheerful, made for a cute environment. The room had AMAZING views from the 32nd floor. The space felt generous and well-appointed. The room was spotlessly clean and very modern. The technology implemented added a layer of convenience. Customer service was great. All staff interactions were positive and helpful. The staff could communicate effectively in English. Special mentions go to Gaelle, Charlotte, Laura, and Ousmane. I appreciated their assistance and friendliness. The breakfast was very good. The rooftop offered an entertainment space. I found the hotel clean. The room size was larger compared to other spaces.
The mini-bar had two bottles of water, so you can store your own groceries.

comfortable bed polite staff easy elevator
the staff was always friendly. the fila bar staff were polite, and drinks were promptly brought to my seat. my room featured a comfortable bed and easy-to-use elevators took me directly to my floor.. i especially liked how the room's layout maximized space and light. i found everything very streamlined.
